Welcome to Pro Ewe Genetics

In 2018 Kyle Hurley and Jake Rouse, two life long friends, formed Pro Ewe Genetics. It started with a vision of producing prolific and productive sheep that had to be profitable.  This led them to the Polypay breed.  Kyle had used Polypays in his commercial herd for many years and saw the breed as a way to increase the number of lambs born and keep mature ewes in an appropriate frame score while not giving up performance.   Now Pro Ewe Genetics is solely owned by Jake Rouse but continues to raise elite Polypay sheep that work for both purebred producers and well as commercial operations.
